Shipping & Turnaround Times

For Custom Orders:
We aim to get your personalised pieces to you as quickly as possible! Please allow 5-7 business days for custom orders to be crafted and shipped. We hand make these in Sunny Perth, we promise it is worth the wait.

Holiday & Sale Orders:
If you’ve placed an order during one of our sales (lucky you!), please note that the turnaround time may be 2-4 weeks due to the high volume of orders. We’ll be working hard to get your pieces to you, but a little patience goes a long way!

Order Tweaks:
If we need to reach out to you about your order this could cause a slight delay. We’ll wait for your response before completing your order, so make sure to check your inbox!

Australian Shipping Info

We ship Australia-wide, and we’ve got you covered with two options:

Please note: While we’ll do our best to meet these delivery times, there can sometimes be unexpected delays with shipping that are beyond our control. If your order is a little later than expected, just give it an extra day or two before reaching out.
