30-Day After Delivery Return Policy
We want you to love your Blossom and Charm jewellery as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, with the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
We’ll gladly accept returns for pieces that are:
- Damaged or faulty upon arrival.
- Incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong item or charm).
- Manufacturing defects that affect the quality of the jewellery.
What We Can’t Accept
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal preferences, including items that weren’t quite what you envisioned.
(We try to be as transparent as possible with product sizing and visuals during the build and purchase process, and we recommend carefully checking the size details and photos before finalising your order.) - Custom or personalised items, unless they are defective or damaged (we can't undo personalisation, sorry!).
- Worn or altered items that have been used or modified after delivery.
How to Return an Item
If your item is eligible for a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with the steps for returning your item, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns to ensure it makes it safely back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We’re a small business, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
